The exact time for ‘Custom’ address pick-ups can vary based on booked passengers for that day. Below is an approximate guide. We ask that you are ready 10-15 minutes before this time. You will receive a call from us with details of any variations from this.
Off-Highway Pick-ups. To ensure our services remain efficient and timely, we have updated our pick-up locations. We no longer offer direct door-to-door pick-ups for suburbs located off the main highway, including Depot Beach, Pebbly Beach, North Durras, South Durras, Kings Point, Pretty Beach, Turlinjah, Congo, Coila, Meringo, and Bingie. While we are unable to enter these residential areas, we are happy to facilitate a collection point at the nearest safe highway intersection. These highway pick-ups generally incur a $20 fee. If you are travelling from one of these areas, please select the nearest highway junction when booking or contact us if you require further clarification on the best meeting point for your journey.
